Trainer Background
Victor Ching
PhD Candidate in Psychology, Master’s in Applied Psychology, Master’s in Global Business Management, Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology, and Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Victor is a registered psychologist in both Hong Kong and the UK.
Victor had served as a supervisor for local kindergartens and nursery school. He is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded several businesses, including the largest playgroup chain in Hong Kong, which expanded to Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau. During the early stages of his entrepreneurial journey, Victor simultaneously worked in a private company, earning the Excellent Staff Award while pursuing his second and third degrees with scholarships. Remarkably, he managed to maintain seven hours of sleep daily and a regular exercise routine despite his busy schedule.
This unique experience has given him profound insights into the significance of goal-setting, willpower (and the two additional W-Powers), and high execution capability!
